Austin Precious Metals, also known as APM Gold Club Memberships LLC, was an early-stage startup founded to introduce a bold new concept in the precious metals space, and this case study highlights how Harley Design Studios supported the company’s growth through brand identity design, product design, and strategic creative direction. The project began with the opportunity to work alongside CEO Miles Austin Jr. to help build a strong visual foundation for the business as it prepared to launch the 24k Mega Cube™, a precious metal asset token designed to combine physical product design with a forward-thinking financial concept.

My role focused on creating a brand presence that felt innovative, premium, and credible, starting with the design of the 24k Mega Cube™ logo, a custom 3D fintech-inspired monogram built from the letters M and C. That mark later evolved into a sculpted 3D product concept, which was developed into a tangible asset token and minted by Carrera Casting Corp in .9999 gold. Beyond the core brand identity, I also designed supporting product visuals, marketing materials, presentation slides, and creative assets for the company’s upcoming app experience, helping create a cohesive design system across multiple touchpoints. As the project expanded, my role grew from designer into co-founder, allowing me to contribute not only to the visual identity of the business, but also to its broader creative direction and long-term vision. This case study reflects Harley Design Studios’ ability to shape startup brands through strategic branding, product design, and storytelling that bring ambitious ideas to life.
